Participant Acknowledgement & Waiver

By submitting event registration information and/or payment, the Participant(s) named on the event registration and playing in the event as an individual and/or as a team member/registered golfer (the “Participant(s)”) in The Patriot Cup 2026 Golf Series events (the “Event”) understand and acknowledge that there are certain dangers involved with participating in the Event. These dangers include but are not limited to being struck by lightning, getting hit by a golf club or ball or golf cart, suffering heat exhaustion, suffering a heart attack, or suffering an injury from uneven terrain. The Event may include the presence of alcoholic beverages without any obligation or requirement for Participant(s) consumption.

The Participant(s) in the Event and/or in the consumption of any alcoholic beverages assumes ALL RISKS and waives ALL claims of injury to body or property against The Patriot Cup Golf Series, Inc., Velstar Professional Services LLC, Velstar International LLC, the named event golf course/club (Baiting Hollow Club), and any and all noted corporate/title sponsors as well as the Event beneficiaries (the “Released Parties”).

Further, the Participant(s) and any guest, relative, or anyone else affiliated with the Participant(s) shall be present at their own risk at the Event, and the Released Parties shall not be liable for any claims for injuries or damages whatsoever to person or property of the Participant(s) or related person arising out of or in connection with the participation in the Event. Participant(s) agree to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, members, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, demands, losses, or expenses, of any nature whatsoever, including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.

Completing your registration and submitting payment constitutes acceptance of this acknowledgement and waiver.
